The ribbons, clips, toppers, and hair bow card used by Cary Hairbows been tested by each supplier and have been found to be compliant with CPSIA with results below 200 ppm or not containing Lead or di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBEP).
